Our Mediator

Ms. Worley is experienced and certified in Civil Litigation and Family Law Dispute Resolution.  She is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.  

Civil Mediation:  

As a litigator Ms. Worley has represented plaintiff’s and defendants.  She has experience in hundreds of mediations both as an advocate/participant and as a mediator.  With over 30-years of experience as a litigator she understands the important role mediation plays in getting cases resolved before incurring the high costs of trial.  

Family Law Mediation:

Ms. Worley has handled many family law cases for her clients and understands the importance of mediators assisting with planning for the present and future of everyone involved: spouses, parents, children.  The goal being to work out a settlement that is in the best interests of everyone involved.
